Medium bodied with savory herbs and tart black berry profiles, our 2019 Cabernet Franc is our entry into our Loire Valley inspired Cab Francs. With a 3-day cold soak prior to fermentation and 10 days of additional maceration on the skins after fermentation. We pulled as much from the skins as we could while they were at cooler temperatures. The Wine then spent 10 months aging in French oak barrels and puncheons. The wine’s youthful tannins and fruit structure make for a solid medium bodied Cab Franc.
