Made in stainless steel for a Kabinett style with a lower alcohol percentage.  There is bright, refreshing acidity that is tampered down with a very slight amount of residual sugar that does a great job bringing weight and structure.  The end result is a wine that is fresh with ripe fruit and a lively tropical aroma.  It seems to be exactly what comes to mind when we think of a fresh Riesling.
