This special evening will focus exclusively on white wines as guests learn how to utilize the Court of Master Sommeliers’ tasting grid to evaluate and identify wines in a blind tasting setting. Gavin will walk attendees through the foundational elements of the grid, explaining how professional sommeliers analyze structure, aroma, acidity, body, and flavor profiles to determine a wine’s identity.

The experience will begin with a blind flight of four Hazy Mountain white wines, allowing guests to establish a baseline and practice tasting techniques together in a fun, approachable environment. Once everyone has sharpened their skills, the evening will conclude with a second blind tasting flight featuring white wines from around the world, where guests will put their knowledge to the test and attempt to identify each wine themselves. Helpful hints and guidance will be provided along the way to make the experience enjoyable for both beginners and seasoned wine lovers alike.

Small prizes will be awarded to the top tasters of the evening. Whether you’re looking to deepen your wine knowledge or simply enjoy a unique and interactive night out, this promises to be an unforgettable experience filled with exceptional white wines, education, and friendly competition.
