Join our Associate Winemaker Gavin Baum for a two-part, in-depth tasting series in our Hillcrest Society Lounge on Sunday 10/4 at 1:00 PM and Friday 10/23 at 6:30 PM. Each session will feature a selection of 8 wines divided into two themed flights, drawing from deep in our cellar and including small lots of early vintages held back and aged to perfection, along with as yet unreleased wines from the past three years.

We'll do vertical tastings of individual bottlings across multiple years to assess the impact of vintage on a specific variety, as well as horizontal tastings of multiple bottlings from the same year to try to assess broader vintage character. And we might just pour a flight or two of our personal favorites if we run out of fun motifs. We can guarantee that both sessions will feature completely different wines, so if you want the fullest, most expansive picture of the Hazy Mountain oeuvre, you'll have to join us for both!
