Join us on Friday, August 14th for The Beekeeper’s Table, an intimate Secret Supper created in celebration of the Nelson 151 Honey Festival.
This five-course, chef-curated dining experience is inspired by the golden, delicate flavors of honey—thoughtfully woven throughout each dish to create a menu that is both elegant and seasonally expressive. We are honored to work with Mountain House Trading Company, Chiles Family Orchards, Caromont Farm, and Hill Top Berry Farm Winery & Meadery, whose locally sourced ingredients will be featured throughout our upcoming five-course dinner.
Each dish will be expertly paired with a distinctive Hazy Mountain wine, creating a seamless journey through flavor, balance, and refinement. Set against the warm glow of a summer evening in the mountains, the experience invites you to slow down, savor each moment, and indulge in something truly special.
Doors open at 6:00 PM for a cocktail hour, with dinner served promptly at 7:00 PM. Seating is intentionally limited to preserve the intimate nature of the experience.
