This five-course, chef-curated dining experience is inspired by the golden, delicate flavors of honey—thoughtfully woven throughout each dish to create a menu that is both elegant and seasonally expressive. From subtle sweetness to rich, layered notes, each course is designed to surprise and delight while highlighting the beauty of this timeless ingredient.
Each dish will be expertly paired with a distinctive Hazy Mountain wine, creating a seamless journey through flavor, balance, and refinement. Set against the warm glow of a summer evening in the mountains, the experience invites you to slow down, savor each moment, and indulge in something truly special.
Doors open at 6:00 PM for a cocktail hour, with dinner served promptly at 7:00 PM. Seating is intentionally limited to preserve the intimate nature of the experience.
