Tasting Notes

Popping with high-toned, Bourgogne aromas of cherry cola, mossy logs, cedar wood, and campfire. Tons of Pinot typicity and a distinctly old world flare, just feral and earthy enough to lend complexity without overwhelming the fruit. Suave, elegant tannins give a very delicate, filigreed structure to this wine. This is right at the peak of its drinking window right now, buffed to a high shine with no need for bottle aging to further resolve.
