Headliner: Daniel Simonsen — Norwegian/Chilean stand-up comedian and writer whose unique voice has earned him global acclaim. Daniel made his U.S. late-night debut on Late Night with Seth Meyers and can be seen in Stavros Halkias’s new film Let’s Start A Cult. He has appeared on CC Stand-Up Featuring, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Stavvy’s World, and recurred on Comedy Central’s This Week at the Comedy Cellar—with his Colbert performance reviewed by Vulture. Named New York’s Funniest at the 2022 New York Comedy Festival, he also won the UK’s So You Think You’re Funny competition and received the Best Newcomer Award at Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Daniel recurred on Vic and Bob’s BBC sitcom House of Fools alongside Matt Berry, and on ITV’s Timewasters. His appearance on Russell Howard’s Good News hit 2.4 million views on YouTube. He also created and starred in his own digital series Daniel for ALL4 alongside Natasia Demetriou and Brett Goldstein. A Comedy Cellar regular, he tours internationally and has opened for Bert Kreischer, Stavros Halkias, Louis CK, and Ari Shaffir.
