Photography Policies
We are excited that you are considering Hazy Mountain as the location for your photos! The guidelines outlined below are intended for all guests, but a permit is necessary for those who wish to use the winery as a backdrop for posed or directed photography. We ask all photographers to please help us to maintain the enjoyment of the vineyard/brewery by honoring these policies.

Absolutely, yes!
You are welcome to take snapshot photographs of the property, individuals and subjects that capture the events of your visit. "Snapshot" is defined as an informal photograph that is shot spontaneously.

Yes, please do and tag us! You may share your photos of Hazy Mountain on social media outlets,
including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Be sure to tag us @HazyMountainVineyardsandBrewery
(Facebook) and @hazymtn (Instagram).

Hazy Mountain does not allow underaged guests associated with school related events such as Homecoming or Prom to have photos taken on property. Snapshots of any kind are prohibited related to Homecoming or Prom.

We define portrait photography as all wedding, engagement, quinceañera, family, maternity, portfolio,
graduation, and any other posed portraiture of individuals by professional photographers or amateur
photographers (paid or unpaid). We reserve the right to further define Portrait Photography on a case-by-case basis.
